Greetings! I am a highly accomplished and nationally recognized school leader, embarking on a new chapter in my educational journey. With a passion for transforming educational institutions and addressing the critical skills gap in the workforce, I have dedicated my career to driving positive change and fostering excellence in education and workforce development.

My journey as an educational leader has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a relentless pursuit of innovation. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in strategic planning, program enhancement, curriculum integration, workforce development, and community outreach. These skills have contributed to my success and have led to significant improvements within the schools and districts I have served.

In addition to my work in education, I have expanded my horizons to work as a consultant for companies, businesses, and organizations. I aim to bridge the critical skills gap and build a robust talent pipeline through educational institutions. By forging strong partnerships between education and industry, we can create a win-win scenario where students are equipped with the skills needed for the workforce of tomorrow, and businesses have access to a well-prepared talent pool.

My consultancy services are designed to help organizations and educational institutions collaborate effectively. Stefanie received a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Virginia (go Hoos!) and went on to receive a master's degree in Education from Rutgers University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. Her primary focuses are strategic thinking, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has been working in or around education since she was 6 years old when she was asked by her 1st-grade teacher to tutor students in English during lunch. Stefanie completed the Summer Training Institute (STI) with the Independent Educational Consultant Association and is held to a high ethical standard. As a test prepper, she knows the ins and outs of the ACT, SAT, PSAT, SSAT, and more. She's coached students as they applied to schools ranging from small private colleges such as Colgate to large state schools including Indiana U. and uber-competitive Ivy League institutions like Princeton. Helping clients identify their strengths while watching their talents develop brings her great joy! She loves it when past clients reach out from college to share how they're thriving. Stefanie has received fellowships and scholarships, including one recognizing Women in Leadership. A college stats geek, she also looks forward to visiting college campuses whether in the heart of NYC or down in St. Augustine, FL on the Atlantic coast. Stefanie is considered an expert in the field, creates a variety of higher ed/admissions content, and has been featured in podcasts, panels, videos, and blogs. She is a Certified Professional Coach.
